BUCKLEY COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL WIND
I go to Buckley Country Day School. Look at the colorful leaves,
And boy! do they have a lot of rules. Watch them weave
The sports teams are very good. In and out of a tree.
And Mr. Blatchford's great with wood, And the wind sounds like a symphony.
Buckley's teachers are very nice, The wind brings the leaves in my yard,
There are not bad rats or mice. And who needs all those leaves when
Mr. O'Donoghue knows a lot about plants, Raking them is so hard?
Mr. Amara knows all about ants.
Madam Zezulin is terrific in French Buffy Knell
Oh no, Mr. Young, not the bench! Fifth Grade
We learn a lot and still have fun
But I'll be happy when we're all done. THANKSGIVING
Brendan McGivney On Thanksgiving day Turkey is the treat.
Grade 5 There also are some other good things to eat.
VENICE The thought of Pilgrims fill our mind, on the
Mayflower America they find.
I wish I could go to Venice
And ride on the beautiful boats Thanksgiving is when the colored leaves fall
And swim in the lake. the trees are bare, but still stand tall.
Maybe I'll look at the moat
And eat their wonderful food- On Thanksgiving day we thank the Lord for
Pizza, pasta and linguine, too. all the wonders he has done and a prayer is his reward.
I bet I'd enjoy it more than you!
