Dear Eighth Graders:

Each graduating class leaves a mark on the School. Beyond plaques and other tangible signs, there are always
less visible but equally important impressions left behind. They are part of the culture and fabric of Buckley.
Your class is no different - you have clearly left your mark.

I am sure there are tales of incidents that you were a part of that will become part of Buckley lore. Some of them
your teachers have shared in and laughed about with you. Others are solely yours. Whatever they are, treasure
them. Over the years those memories will become more and more important, even though they get altered by
time. They will be important for you and for Buckley. You are the keepers of Buckley’s history. As you have done
throughout your years here, continue to care about your school and all that it stands for and means to you.

Congratulations and best wishes from all of your teachers.

Sincerely,
