When you were little,
    we wished you grew up fast. Our wish

         was granted, and we regretted.

    We don’t miss the diapers or strollers,
but we miss the time when you stacked your
first legos. We miss the time when you drew

    your first car; And when you charged
        Dionne $5 for a used metro card.

 All of a sudden you sound like a grown-up,
 and you shovel our sidewalk on snow days;

   All of a sudden you are as tall as we are,
 you are checking out laptops that you will

             take to HIGH SCHOOL?

    You know we are clumsy huggers and
we are stingy with compliments, but we wish

         you also know that, we love you
         and we are truly proud of you!

       Congratulations! And All the Best
                 in high school Jack!
