Primary Stories
Last month when I took a trip with my family, I went into a
large ship. I fastened my seat belt and laid back and closed my
eyes and then I saw myself heading for the moon in the Apollo
8. I dreamed that I landed there and met the troop from Mars.
We had fun together and then I went back to my ship. Then
my mother woke me up, but this time we landed m Florida.

One day while I was playing in the woods, I saw the most
funnyest thing in the whole wide world — a ‘possum! I saw a
bear, a woodchuck, a wolf, a racoon, a beaver, and they all had
bandages on their noses because the bear tried to get the
honey. There was an owl, a wise old owl. He had no bandages
on his nose, because he had not tried to get the honey. That
shows you — be wise, ask first!.

Once I met a person whose ancestors were dogs. So he acted
like a human and looked like a dog. He asked me over for
lunch. He had a Pontiac and a nice apartment, but all he had
for food was dog food. We talked and then I went home.

My sister went ice-skating and her friend begged her to go
where the ice was thin. She said, “N o.5 Then she asked her
again. She said “O.K.” She went where the ice was thin. She

I went skiing at Killington. I had fun there. My brother
learned how to ski. We got to go on a mountain. We went fast,
too Our cousins stayed for two weeks. We had fun with them.

On my vacation I went to my father’s office. I went to Radio
City and saw “The Impossible Years”. After that I went out lor
dinner and had pork chops with beans. Bruce had liver in his
soup. When I came home I was tired so I went to bed.

On Monday, December 23, 1968, we went to Florida. The
next day we went swimming. We took a walk to some
trampolines and we jumped fifteen minutes! A few days later we
went to Lion Country. We saw all the lions and other animals.
It was fun!
